Z-speed ratings are Bridgestone’s Grand Touring All-Season
tires developed to meet the needs of the drivers of sporty
coupes and luxury performance sedans by blending responsive
handling and comfort with dry, wet and year-round traction,
even in light snow.
Turanza LS tires feature
UNI-T AQII
Technology that uses advanced tread compound and
construction features to enhance and preserve wet traction
through the tire’s life. The Turanza LS with UNI-T AQII in
H-, V- and Z-speed ratings keeps wet traction up…even as it
wears.
On the outside, Turanza LS tires mold a Super Long Link
Carbon Black, Dual Layer Tread II compound that resists
aging into a symmetric tread design that provides for the
ability to rotate tires to maximize tread life.
Continuous center and shoulder ribs help reduce noise
while providing constant road contact to enhance
straight-line stability. Internally,
Turanza LS tires feature a Computer Optimized-Component
System (CO-CS) that optimizes tread design, casing shape,
materials and manufacturing methods to improve handling and
treadwear.
Turanza LS tires feature twin, high-tensile steel belts
with spiral-wrapped nylon reinforcement to stabilize the
tread area and enhance handling, high speed capability and
ride quality while minimizing weight. Additionally, a single
strand of steel that is spirally wound forms Bridgestone’s
O-Beads that are rounder for a better fit to the wheel and
to further enhance handling and ride quality. |
