The
Sumitomo HTR 200 High Performance Summer radial was
designed to meet the needs of sports car, coupe and sedan
owners by combining dry and wet performance along with
enhanced ride comfort and wear resistance.
The Sumitomo HTR 200 features a silica and natural rubber
enhanced tread molded into a symmetric design with a stable
independent edge and middle tread blocks to furnish dry road
performance and improved wear characteristics.
The
HTR 200 radial's ample circumferential and curved
grooves combine to heighten wet grip and decrease the chance
of hydroplaning.
Internally, the HTR 200's double steel belts are reinforced
by JointLess Band (JLB) technology that uses spirally wound
nylon belt edge strips to supply extensive integrity during
high speed driving as it reduces weight and helps supply a
more consistent ride quality.
